Please verify that your returns meet the following requirements when sending a back product: BJ's regrets that BJ's will not be able to pay the delivery charges for goods sent back due to the buyer's regrets.
Once you have ordered one of these disposable articles, please check it thoroughly and, if possible, decline to ship faulty or defective goods. As soon as the article has been approved, it is considered to be the right article and in good state. All problems occurring after the article has been marked must be addressed by the manufacturer's guarantee.
Your article can be returned at any BJ's Club site or by following the following itinerary. Verify it and click on the "Back" button next to the article you wish to send back. From the drop-down menu, choose the most appropriate cause for your returned product, the parcel status, and any comment you would like to make.
Now your returns enquiry has been made and you will get an e-mail with full returns within 3-5 workingdays ( often earlier). BJ Membership Officers are Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. E.T., Saturday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. E.T., and Sunday, noon - 6 p.m. PLEASE NOTE: You are not permitted to make a returns shipment beyond 30 working days from the date of shipment.
Please call member support after 30 working day for returns policy. If, after acceptance of the parcel, you discover that there are broken or faulty parts, please consult the factory for spare parts. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with BJ for further support. Avoid disposing of the cartons or packaging material as they may be needed to transport the product back.
Please check your order information if you are receiving the wrong products to ensure that there were no mistakes in the order processing. Once you discover that you have received something you did not order, please send your order back to the BJ's Club office closest to you or request an on-line returns request (see "Returning an item" above for instructions).
Failure to deliver without inspecting, miss a date of shipment, or returns an undefective or intact item will result in initial postage and handling charge. If your goods have been faulty, broken or broken, BJ's Member Care will refund the cost of your returns.
