Balard provides free samples. Dispatch and handling charges are incurred. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Balard purchases, you may give them back within 90 business days of the date of shipment for an exchanged or full refund* (excluding postage and handling charges). They are cordially invited to try articles from our Best of Balard collecting for 30 day risk-free.

When you are not happy, we will reimburse the cost of your order AND the cost of postage. Best-of-Ballard articles are excluded from extra rebates and free despatch deals. For whatever reasons, if you don't really like your new slipscovered or padded seats, send them back to us free of charge within 10 workingdays of receipt - we'll even take care of the returns.

Exceptions are personalised, individualised, singleogrammed or COM (customer's own material), provided these are not faulty. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please send it back within 90 workingdays from the shipping date for an exchanged or returned item (without shipping and handling charges). Check your order thoroughly upon shipment. In the event you are receiving damage or defect goods, you can call our support number 1-800-536-7551 and a sales agent will be happy to assist you with a returns or exchanges.

All articles, which are individually designed, produced with the customer's own material (COM) or to order, cannot be given back or replaced, unless they are faulty or bad. Faulty articles will be replaced when they are no longer available; in this case, a certificate of conformity will be made out. As soon as a product has been sent back to our stock, the product will be immediately sent back or replaced.

In the case of cheques and payment orders, you can anticipate receiving your return cheque within 7-10 workdays. Specific shipping options are noted in the product specification. It is our most economical way of delivering large and small articles. Minor articles are sent by our regular floor services and usually reach us within 3-7 working days.

Notice: Articles ordered at the same moment may not be supplied together. Bigger articles sent over the border are supplied by a lorry driver and usually come 2-3 week after the date they leave our stock. For all articles supplied by lorry an extra charge of 35 $/piece will be applied.

Articles intended for truck shipment may, at your option, be included in our In-Home service for an extra $25 per article in excess of all other cargoage. Please see home shipment below. If you notice any damages to the product or the boxes, please deny shipment or report any damages to the signature and immediately notify us.

To speed up your shipment and add extra fees, we provide next business day and second business day expedited services. Delivered over 10 pounds. there will be extra fees at the cash desk. What are the default shipment costs? Shipment costs are calculated on the basis of the initial selling prices of the products before applying rebates.

Weekends and subsequent shipments for your large articles, which necessitate a planned period of grace for shipment, may be possible in restricted areas at extra charge. You can use our ships to stores shipment to buy qualifying items* on-line and have them shipped to your nearest shop for collection. We take good charge of the forwarding charges.
