If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Ballard purchases, you may give them back within 90 business days of the date of shipment for an exchanged or full refund* (excluding postage and handling charges). They are cordially invited to try articles from our Best of Ballard collecting 30 day long risk-free. Best-of-Ballard articles are excluded from extra rebates and free despatch deals.
For whatever reasons, if you don't really like your new slipscovered or padded seats, send them back to us free of charge within 10 working days of receipt - we'll even take care of the returns. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please send it back within 90 workingdays after the date of shipment for an exchanged or returned item (without postage and handling charges).
Check your order thoroughly upon shipment. In the event you are receiving damage or defect goods, you can call our customer service number 1-800-536-7551 and a sales agent will be happy to assist you with a refund or replacement. All articles, which are individually designed, produced with the customer's own material (COM) or to order, cannot be given back or replaced, unless they are faulty or bad.
Faulty articles will be replaced when they are no longer available; in this case, a certificate of conformity will be made out. In the case of cheques and payment orders, you can anticipate receiving your return cheque within 7-10 workdays. Minor articles are sent via the default floor delivery system. Articles in our warehouse are usually delivered within 3-7 workingdays.
Notice: Articles ordered at the same moment may not be shipped together. Give three extra working nights if your order contains personalised products. *Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands orders have extra surcharges. To speed up your shipping and add extra charges, we provide next business day and second business day shipping.
Accelerated shipping positions above 10 pounds. there will be extra fees at the cash desk. Weekends and subsequent shipments for your large articles, which necessitate a planned period of grace for shipment, may be possible in restricted areas at extra charge. You can use our Shipping to Storage option to buy qualifying items* on-line and have them shipped to your nearest shop for collection. If you also see a shipment item "Ship to store" in the "Add to cart" or "Checkout" functions, you know that these articles are also eligible. For more information about our product range available from our website, click here. Bigger articles are supplied by a lorry supplier and can usually be shipped 2-3 week after dispatch.
We offer two truck supply services available, Threshold and In-Home. Truck delivers all articles supplied by Truck Delivery Threshold with an extra $35 per pieceage. Expand your shipping expertise to our In-Home Truck Shipping at your own option for an extra $25 per article in excess of all other shipping charges.
Please see below for information on the delivery of In-Home Trucks. The objects are discharged by the operator and placed in the door opening on the first storey, the parking lot or the roofed area of your choosing. When the house is an apartment house, the articles are supplied inside the house. It is possible to remove packages by an upgrade to In-Home Truck Delivery.
N.B.: All articles supplied by Threshold Truck Shipping are subject to an extra charge of $35 per piece. Articles intended for truck shipment may, at your option, be upgrade to our In-Home Truck Shipping Services for an extra $25 per article in excess of all other shipping charges.
Please see In-Home Trucks supply below. In the case of many large articles, such as e.g. furnishings, you have the possibility of extending the supply options to In-Home Truck Deliveries. Certain articles are only shipped by In-Home Truck Shipping. Our In-Home Truck Shipping Services will bring the article to your home, unpack it, take it to its intended location and remove packing material.
Once your item has been dispatched, you will be approached by our shipping agent to set a date for your shipment. These include confined streets, short lead time, gate entry, evidence of assurance requirement, repeated staircases and limitations on lifts. Make sure your objects pass through all entrance points such as doors, staircases, corridors, lifts and around the corner.
Your four-hour call box will appear the morning before your order. About 30 min before your arrival our shipping agent will call you at your home. Be prepared by clear paths and remove breakable objects that may be broken during shipment. The supplier cannot move any available furnishings.
When you find a defect, make a notice of it when you sign the shipping documents and either reject the article or call Customer Service at 1-800-367-2775 or the shop where you made your order to resolve it.
