Make sure that the package of the goods you are returning is appropriate to avoid damages during the transport. Returns can be made by PO boxes or mail, according to the dimensions of the package. If your order is considered defective, corrupt or sent the wrong way, Peter's of Kensington will issue, redeem, exchange, stock or reimburse a voucher for a replacement purchase.
Peter's of Kensington may ask you to return the article for review at your own costs if you believe that your article is defective under the 30-day deadline conditions. These costs will be reimbursed to you if the article is considered defective. Return policy for pick-ups from stores is the same as for "purchases from the Kensington or Alexandria Weekend Warehouse" (see below), except that a modification of opinion will give you the opportunity to receive a voucher, conversion, credit note or reimbursement at our sole option at the pick-up date.
Once collected, Peter's of Kensington's return policy will apply only to an exchanged, giftware voucher or voucher at our sole option to alter your opinion. We do not provide an interchange or reimbursement for a changed opinion on Peter's of Kensingtonift Cards and Notes of credit.
Unless the label is unbroken or the product is defective, clearly different from what was promoted, and does not do what it should or where otherwise prescribed by applicable laws, the following product does not have a return policy: CD's, DVD's, perfumes, skin care, jewelry, handbags, watches, manicure sets, footbaths, pillows, perishable food, baskets, hairbrushes, earrings, pens and plush animals for kids, articles signed or personalized.
In the event that you have made a change of heart regarding a sale, Peter's of Kensington will, at our sole option, provide a present coupon, conversion, credit note or reimbursement equal to the amount of the item(s) at the date of the sale, if any: Return is made within thirty (30) working days upon delivery of the goods; 3. the goods are in their natural packing, intact and not opened.
If, in an unlucky case, your product is defective or defective, please send it back to the Kensington Retail store for replacement, validation, gift certificate or a full refund equal to the amount of the product(s) at the point of sale. Presents that have been copied or registered by your customers as a result of an mistake on our part may be given back in exchange for a voucher, conversion or present form for the value of the product at the point of purchase:
The return takes place within 30 workingdays after receipt of the goods. In the event that the goods are considered defective, mutilated or improperly despatched, you will receive a return shipping document and a shipping tag.
