Balard provides free samples. Dispatch and handling charges are incurred. Personally see the true patterns before you make a choice. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Balard purchases, you may give them back within 90 business days of the date of shipment for an exchanged or full refund* (excluding postage and handling charges).

In the case of cheques and payment orders, you can anticipate receiving your return cheque within 7-10 workdays. Specific shipping options are noted in the product specification. It is our most economical way of delivering large and small articles. Minor articles are sent by our regular floor services and usually reach us within 3-7 workingdays.

Notice: Articles ordered at the same moment may not be supplied together. Bigger articles sent over the border are supplied by a lorry driver and usually come 2-3 week after the date they leave our stock. For all articles supplied by lorry an extra charge of 35 $/piece will be applied.

Articles intended for truck shipment may, at your option, be included in our In-Home service for an extra $25 per article in excess of all other cargoage. Please see home shipment below. To speed up your shipment and add extra fees, we provide next business day and second business day expedited services. Delivered over 10 pounds. there will be extra fees at the cash desk. What are the default shipment costs? Shipment costs are calculated on the basis of the initial selling prices of the products before applying rebates.
